This seminar is a starting off point, an introduction to basic principles of nutrition and how they can be integrated in our day-to-day life. This seminar is directed primarily to people who, up to this point, have not paid particular attention to their nutrition but are interested in adopting a more “conscious” attitude towards their diet, learning the basic rules that regulate our metabolism and our bodily functions, and applying those on a daily basis, thus improving the quality of their nutritional intake and their lives in general.
